At the helm of NRG Indigenous are directors Matt Rose and George Rose. Matt and George are proud Gamilaroi men from Walgett NSW and are respected and well-known for their passion and commitment to Aboriginal empowerment. The brothers are committed to continuing their family’s legacy of bringing change in the community and seek to achieve this by creating opportunities for Aboriginal people through NRG Indigenous.

COMMUNITY

NRG Indigenous was conceived due to the directors’ passion and desire to support and empower the custodians of Australian land. As proud Gamilaroi men and majority owners of NRG Indigenous, Matt and George Rose utilise this platform to create opportunities for Indigenous people and effect positive change. NRG Indigenous aims to improve the social and economic prosperity of Aboriginal people through this cleaning business.

NRG Indigenous’ networks through student transition programs give us the capability to provide both entry-level and higher employment opportunities. We believe that learning the business from the ground up will make better leaders.

Using our valuable networks built over 20 years of community engagement experience, we are able to target Indigenous employment as a priority for our company. Our Indigenous employment numbers will increase in accordance with our Reconciliation Action Plan. We aspire to have Indigenous representation at all levels of our operations.
